Jo-Ann C.
LoRusso is the owner and originator of Cardinale Cosmetics. This young woman obtained her
Bachelor of Science in Design and Resource Management with emphasis on fashion. Soon
after, she accepted a management position for a prestigious cosmetic line, and with the
experience gained, began research and development procedures for her own line of cosmetics
called Cardinale. Jo-Ann is a nationally established makeup
artist and consultant to professionals on the business of beauty. As an experience
lecturer, Jo-Ann expertise is featured regularly on the
pages of national magazines. She was the makeup artist for the Miss
